Zookee, the NAT issue is not related to the game, but most likely your router. Upnp needs to be enabled and the game has to be added to the windows firewall exception list.

If you can help me fix this problem, i will give you a nice donation for sure. when I tried to run your patch, I got an error saying that I need to first get the proper versions of .Net Framwork V. 2.0.50727.
I think i have a newer version automatically updated. Any ideas?

Probably you have to install the old .Net Framework version 2.0, because 3.5 doesn't include 2.0.
Furthermore, this patch is really awesome, how have you found out which reconfiguration you have to make in the hosts-file?
One last thing I've mentioned: Your program is just working when the primary partition is C:\. Maybe you shouldn't give the program a static path. A friend of me has used your program, but failed, because his primary partition was F:\. I've used your changes in the hosts to write a new program, path independent. It's just meant as little hint for you.

Sorry for double post, but could I copy the things in the patch from my friend? It works for him, so I could take whatever the patch changed and apply it manually to my files since the patch can not access my "hosts" file. Would you please tell me what the patch changes?

Hello. I've never posted here, so I'll start by saying thanks for the effort to make up for where they dropped the ball!
I tried the patch and I get an error message too, only it says, "The device is not ready." I tried changing system32 from read-only, even in safe mode, and still the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks.

Not sure what that entails. I think my problem has to do with the fact that my main volume is named "H:" rather than "C:". I've had a problem with installation before because of this. At any rate, I've done something so that the error message now says, "Could not find a part of the path 'c;\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts'".
