Thanks for the support. The patcher detects your host file and adds the neccesary entries to block the intrusive gamespy severs that arent related to gameplay and lockup the game itself.

Hey Wiz! Love your patch so far, but I'm having the same trouble as jyrkimx, and have followed the previous steps accordingly. If I could be so bold as to request another patch, I've tried all the previous ones and nothing. If it helps, my internet likes to randomly shut down for a few moments when I try to connect.

Here is the latest one I compiled based of your report. Please uninstall before reinstalling the patch. if it fails please try getting a report to come up showing any additional entries, some disappear soon after the game opens.
