| The test is supposed to be to try using the computer without internet at all. If it works with all internet devices removed, then plug em back in and work on the driver. A TPcable shouldnt be needed. |

| Well, if the sync got messed up or corrupt in anyway, you are probably best off with backing up all your itunes data, reformatting iphone, and then moving your media back on.
