The last dmp it registered was for 6-1-10 Oh well here goes. I will send the last one it's small and one from last month. For some reason it's BIG don't know why!

After reading Hanspupas post I took the chance and went for the 5.28
bios I don't think it hurt anything or caused the BSODs. Funny thing, when I was just getting on your website I had another BSOD I looked but no dmp for it. I think I'll try the old cold start restart thing and see how that goes. I'm still reluctant to start HP support.

Hi Wiz, I have the Pegatron 1.04 The lemon I sent back had 1.03
I just checked and my warranty is up on 8/03/10 so I have a little time. I don't know if demanding anything from HP will do any good. They don't have a good track record. I have the feeling they will want me to send it in for repair and that scares me. Any luck with the dmp?

Because I reformatted a while ago I lost my tool (will have the report doe soon). meanwhile the rev that fixed the BSODs was 1.05E; so you're still way behind. Yoyu demand that it not be repaired, simply replacced. Mention the pending lawsuit and I'm sure they'd comply. Meanwhile that bug reprt will be posted soon.

I just emailed HP e-mail support. Heres what I sent.
( I have the Pegatron v1.04 MOBO and am aware that this MOBO is defective. I have suffered several BSODs and want my MOBO replaced with the new v1.05E MOBO or want the whole computer replaced. I am aware of the class action suit.)
I figured I would try this first as I hate the thought of calling India and having a hard time just understanding them.

Yes, it says vista Driver fault, but our machine said that too. Basically, demand the replacement. If you need help doing so you can PM me and I will give you additional help.

Hey thanks Wiz, yeah what the hell, Vista? It had Vista but I upgraded to W7. Meanwhile, I have two more BSODs today. HP e-mailed me back and want to bench test and repair just like I thought they would. I think I don't have much choice but to go for it. In the e-mail they admit they know of the MOBO issue. I'm just hoping I get it back without damage like some have. I will let you guys know how it goes.

I would seriously demand a repair, that's crazy to go through all of that. anyways it says vista on the debugger because vista and windows seven have a similar kernel base.
